USPS (Domestic)

First class mail (1-3 days, 5 days at most depending on area) - $5.00 (tracking number provided)

Priority Mail 2 days (second-day delivery)- $9.50 (up to $100 insurance provided & tracking number provided)

***APO/FPO/DPO address (18-32 days) $9.95

USPS (International)

International First Class mail (varies depending on country) - $13.95 (up to $200 insurance & tracking #)

However, Customs clearance does not adhere to any time frame and can prolong delivery.

International Mail Express (3-7 days guaranteed) - $38.95 (only tracking #)

* Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

*It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like holidays. 

*Neither do we nor the shipping carrier has control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for prolonged shipping as a result of Customs processing.

*Please allow for longer processing times during/after holidays, sales or special events.

*We try our best, but do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any holidays, birthdays, etc.

*If the parcel being returned to our warehouse due to unclaimed from customer, customer has to bear for the postage charges for the second delivery. No refund allowed for the ordered item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*  Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify us within 15 days after you receive the item, and we will try our best to resolve the problem. 

*  Any defective items will be replaced or fixed to meet your satisfaction with no shipping charge compensated.

* If the problem cannot be resolved, we will offer exchanges and store credit and refunds under limited circumstances. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not send anything back without notifying us.

*  Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your exchange/ return for processing.

*  The postage cost to return an item is the responsibility of the BUYER unless the item arrived damaged or faulty in which case we will also refund the postage cost to return the item.

* All return items need to come with original packaging and shipped condition and be transmitted to local carrier (not in drop off boxes) to ensure safe transit. Kindly inform us of the tracking number as well, so we may also track it.

*A restocking fee of equal to 20% of item's price will be applied if the return is for reasons other than defect and the item is returned in its original condition within the return window
